Welcome to the WCR Marin Chapter Website.

The Marin Chapter of the WCR received it's Charter in 2007!  We had a great first year, with almost 90 members joining!  Our Monthly Business Resource Meetings (BRM) Chapter Meetings were well attended.  We have a great BRM calendar in store for the 2010.  Come attend a meeting as a guest and see what you are missing.

What is Women Council of REALTORS® (WCR)?

The Women's Council of REALTORS® is a support system for professionals in Real Estate, within the National Association of REALTORS®.

Objectives of the WCR

The objectives of the council shall be to:

• Design educational programs and seminars to assist members to attain greater financial security; thus encouraging members to make a total commitment to a productive career in Real Estate.
• Develop and expand capabilities of members to assume leadership roles.
• Build a support system nationally through development of active local and state chapters.
• Encourage active participation and involvement in local boards, state associations and the National Association of REALTORS®.
• Promote the highest degree of professionalism through knowledge and understanding of and adhering to the code of ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
